Dried Shelf Fungus in resin with Tigers Eye real gemstone and faux diamond crystal accent - similar to Turkey Tail mushroom

I collect tiny mushrooms from my home in Michigan and dry or press them in books to later add to my art.  The lovely stripes are much brighter in resin, similar to the iconic and colorful turkey tail.

I’ve always thought they resemble the semiprecious stone Tigers Eye (my favorite gemstone mostly because of its feline moniker). I used a tiny handheld drill to set the gemstones into the pendant.
